MedQuest is an opportunity for current 9th through 11th graders to explore the health care field. Students are able to explore a variety of health careers through visiting different medical settings, attending presentations and interactive workshops, and job shadowing professionals in the field. Students also have the opportunity to experience college life as they reside on one of Vermont’s colleges for the week.

Admission to MedQuest is a competitive process. Applications are sent to all the area high schools. Students must complete an application, have two professionals complete a recommendation form, and mail them in prior to the deadline. Programs are filled with qualified students based on the information provided in their application, the reference forms, and potentially an interview. Applications are considered as they arrive. MedQuest may fill prior to the application deadline.
